FalconFix Appliance Repair Service
90-Day Limited Warranty
FalconFix LLC provides a 90-day limited warranty on the specific parts installed and labor performed during the original repair. This warranty applies only to the same original repaired issue and only to the parts installed by FalconFix LLC.
This limited warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, improper installation, clogged vents or drains, power supply problems, electrical or plumbing issues outside the appliance, normal wear and tear, rust, corrosion, pest-related damage, or failures unrelated to the original repair.
Warranty claims must be reported directly to FalconFix LLC and must relate to the same original repaired issue. The original invoice is required. Warranty service is scheduled based on normal availability and is not guaranteed as an emergency or same-day visit.
Diagnostic / Service Call
The diagnostic charge is applied toward the repair if the recommended repair is approved and completed. A separate trip fee may apply depending on location and routing. If repair is declined or not completed, a diagnostic or service-call charge may still apply.
Parts / Special Orders
Some repairs may require special-order parts or advance payment. Amounts paid for ordered parts may be non-refundable once the order is placed, depending on supplier return policies. Parts availability and shipping times are outside our control.
Customer-Supplied Parts
FalconFix LLC may install customer-supplied parts at the customer's request. However, no warranty is provided on customer-supplied parts or on related performance unless stated in writing.
Parts Quality / Substitutions
When appropriate and with customer approval, FalconFix LLC may use available replacement parts, including non-OEM, discontinued, rebuilt, or functionally equivalent parts. Part type and availability may affect price, timing, and warranty terms.
Additional Problems / Extra Work
If additional problems are found during diagnosis, disassembly, or repair, no extra work will be performed without customer approval. Any additional labor, parts, or services will be discussed separately before continuing.
Return Visits / Incomplete Repairs
Some repairs may require more than one visit due to testing, disassembly, part availability, or issues discovered during service. Diagnosis may change as additional information becomes available. No guarantee of final outcome is made until the repair is fully completed and tested.
Estimates / Price Changes
Any estimate or quoted repair price is based on the information available at the time of diagnosis. If hidden damage, additional failures, or unexpected conditions are found, the final repair price may change. No additional charges will be made without customer approval.
Payments
Full payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. FalconFix LLC accepts cash, Zelle, Venmo, and credit or debit cards. A receipt or invoice will be provided for all services.
Invoices
Please keep your invoice as proof of service and warranty. Warranty is only valid with the original invoice.
Unpaid Balances / Chargebacks
Warranty coverage is void if the original invoice remains unpaid. Returned payments, failed payments, or chargebacks may suspend warranty consideration and future service until the matter is resolved.
Access and Safe Working Conditions
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the appliance. Please keep pets, children, and obstacles away from the work area during service. Additional labor or charges may apply if the appliance is built-in, stacked, blocked, unsafe to access, or requires extra disassembly or moving beyond normal service conditions.
Customer Disclosures
Customers should disclose any known prior repairs, recurring issues, warranty history, error codes, unusual sounds, leaks, or other relevant symptoms before or during service. FalconFix LLC is not responsible for delays, incomplete diagnosis, or additional return visits resulting from missing or inaccurate information.
Communication
FalconFix LLC may contact customers by phone, text message, or email regarding appointments, service updates, repair approval, parts, invoices, payment, warranty claims, and follow-up related to the service request.
Photos / Service Documentation
FalconFix LLC may photograph model and serial information, parts, and relevant work areas for service documentation, invoicing, warranty records, and communication related to the repair.
Scheduling / Arrival Windows
Appointment times and arrival windows are estimates and may be affected by prior service calls, traffic, weather, parts pickup, or other unforeseen delays. FalconFix LLC will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant schedule changes when possible.
Cancellations / Missed Appointments
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule whenever possible. Missed appointments, last-minute cancellations, or situations where the appliance is not accessible may require a separate return-visit or service charge.
Unclaimed Parts / Abandoned Service
If ordered parts arrive and the customer does not respond, does not approve completion, or does not make the appliance available for the remaining service within a reasonable time, FalconFix LLC may treat the job as abandoned. Amounts paid for ordered parts remain subject to supplier return policies, and additional charges may apply for a return visit at a later date.
Limitations of Liability
FalconFix LLC is not liable for pre-existing issues, unrelated malfunctions, manufacturer defects outside the repaired issue, or incidental or consequential losses, including food spoilage, water damage, loss of use, or lost time. Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
