Olexy is truly incredible. He has fixed our refrigerator, dryers, gas appliances, and honestly, I’m convinced he can fix anything. He shows up completely prepared, with every tool he might possibly need, and within minutes he has the appliance taken apart and has already diagnosed the issue. What impresses me most is how quickly and efficiently he works. He doesn’t waste time. He figures out exactly what’s wrong, goes out of his way to get any necessary parts, and comes back promptly to finish the job. Every time, it feels seamless. 4 days before Christmas and on a Sunday we discovered our oven wasn't working properly trying to bake some pizzas for dinner. Within minutes of submitting our issue / repair need through Thumbtack, Olexy had responded. Within an hour Olexy was at my house diagnosing what was wrong with the oven. Olexy then verified he could get the parts needed and what the cost of the repair would be and returned the next day and completed the repair. Olexy was professional, knowledgeable and very responsive to our needs which instilled confidence in me that the repair was being done right. Discovered my dryer wasn't working on a Saturday evening and I needed to wash clothes before traveling. Olexy answered at 8:45pm on Saturday night. Came Sunday at 1pm in terrible weather. Fixed the broken part on my dryer and cleaned the duct. Simply amazing service! Super professional and friendly. So happy Olexy is in the community! Cannot recommend more highly! We recently needed service on our range. FalconFix Appliance Repair service was prompt and professional throughout the process. They scheduled us very quickly when we made the warranty complaint. The problem with the range only occurred with a very specific set of conditions, and Olexy listened to my complicated description patiently. He diagnosed the problem and submitted the forms for warranty claims, coming back when the part came in and getting our range working again. He let us know what was going on during each step in the process. I would highly recommend Olexy for any appliance repair in the future.

We live way up in the mountains and he showed up on time. Quietly went about his work, discovered the problem. He had necessary parts with him. He completed the job without any problems. Very nice guy.

Olexy was great. We had a washing machine not work and I was having issues finding someone to make the trip up into the mountains to fix it. Olexy replied instantly and made it up the same day I reached out to him. He had to order a part and was easy to schedule the actual fix at a later date. He fixed it quickly and was very polite and professional. Only downside is now I have no excuse to not do laundry.

Olexy Came to fix my dishwasher. He was so professional and thorough. After looking behind, he found wires that had actually burned through! His job became much more complicated and he was wonderful when communicating everything to me and very professional as he did everything until we had a safe and hundred percent working dishwasher. I truly appreciate it that he was committed to doing whatever it would take. He stayed a long time, and I felt his charge was reasonable. I trust him 100%.

We bought a house and found out the dishwasher was broken. Falconfix Appliance Service exchanged late night text with me about the issue and came to my home the next day. Wow! Great experience from he’s working, honest, communicative and fairly priced family business. Olexy was able to assess and FIX our appliance with a new part. I loved that thanks to his skills I saved having to buy a new washing machine AND kept another item out of lamdfill.

Olexy is a pro! Our fridge was malfunctioning and leaking. He quickly diagnosed the issue as requiring a replacement ice maker. When it turned out the replacement would take months to arrive, he came back with another type and managed to take it apart and put it back together with the right specs. Fridge and ice maker are working beautifully now. Highly recommend!

Olexy was punctual, extremely professional and honest. We had a leak in our fridge but couldn’t figure out where it came from. Olexy was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what was going on (drain line was clogged/frozen). He was able to repair on the spot and offered his expert opinion. The value for the great quality work and excellent customer service was more than worth it. We also needed him to look at a microwave that wasn’t heating items up, we described it to him and he immediately knew what was wrong - magnetron, looked up cost of parts and had recommended we prob needed a new microwave and recommended we buy new v. Have him repair (so he didn’t make any money with this recommendation). He was extremely honest and his prices very fair, we would highly recommend him and will definitely be using him again in the future.

Falcons Fix (Olexy) came to my house today to fix my washing machine. He diagnosed and fixed my washing machine in a very short time. I was so impressed with the way he worked. First, it was after 8pm and I was treated like the first customer of his day! He looked at every possible solution, and we laughed that my dishwasher was too smart. However, he was also HONEST!!! after checking the pump and finding a small clog, which caused the machine sensor to shut down, avoiding damage. He could have lied, and charged me $$$ for a new pump, but instead walked me through each step, happy that it was fixed. There are so few repair people now that show up, let alone know what they are doing, and I really hope he isn’t booked up once word gets around, because this is where I will go to for any help! Olexy responded to my request within an hour of my initial contact through Thumbtack. He was very willing to make a service call to the mountains, which is hard to find. He came up next morning. Olexy is very knowledgeable and professional and we were impressed by his work ethic. He fixed the problem with my old dryer and even took a quick look at my washer and advised me about a problem we’ve been having with it. His rates are reasonable and we will certainly call on him again.

I contacted Olexy to have him repair my oven. My bake option did not work even after I had changed out the bake element myself. He pulled the wall-oven out of the cabinet and checked everything. He found that the control panel was not operating correctly. He took the panel and had it repaired instead of telling me to buy a new computer panel. He came back a few days later, installed it and it is working great. I also had him replace my old garbage disposal. Olexy explains everything, is easy to work with, and charges very reasonable prices. I have always found that an owner/operator provides the best value and service, and I will use him in the future.

Olexy responded immediately, with-in hours, to my serve call on my Refrigerator, while everyone else's availability was 1-3 days out! His service call was $59, and others were well over $100. He was pleasant, professional, knowledgable, and quick. He had to order a part, but was able to give me suggestions on how to keep my freezer and fridge cold.
